  Job Responsibilities 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Enter accurate fuel accounting and reporting
  • Conduct internal control procedures
  • Research/process customer claims, invoices, and payments
  • Maintain fuel inventories for airlines and suppliers
  • Manage and control accounts receivables and accounts payables
  • Set up/maintain accounting files and records
  • Responsible for fuel accounting systems and accurate input of fuel data and dissemination of reports as required
  • Responsible for all forms of customer contact and communications
  • Responsible for data entry of into plane information into the Swissport Varec accounting program and other reports as required
  • Responsible for auditing fuel ticket information for accuracy
  • Company liaison between for customers including airport fueling suppliers & agencies
  • Special projects as assigned by the department manager 
Qualifications and Competencies  
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • General office operations skills
  • Must be able to work flexible working hours
  • Willing to work in inclement weather conditions
  • 2+ years of related business experience
  • Fluency in the English language both written and spoken
  • Must be computer literate
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Establish and maintain a high quality standard of the operation/training
  • Proven good decision making, negotiations, and leadership skills
