We are looking for customer service duty manager, responsible for daily airport operations which include managing irregular operations (IRROPS) and emergency situations.  Working with customer service and our ramp operations teams.  Ability to react effectively and quickly to unexpected circumstances.   Must have strong decision-making skills and effective at problem solving.  Excellent time management, organized and good planning skills, have the ability to plan and follow up.  Strong communication skills to liaise with terminal management and other airport agencies. Have a professional appearance and attitude, reliable, with strong work ethic.

To qualify for this position, you must:
  • 3-5 years of aviation industry experience preferred
  • Be able to read, write and speak English, 2nd language a plus
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to maintain accurate written reports
  • Be authorized to work in the USA
  • Pass a background check including finger printing and criminal history check required by federal law to qualify for PANYNJ access pass
  • Be willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime
  • Preform other duties assigned
