Aviation Career and Technical Education High School

Aviation High School located in Long Island City provides rigorous instruction and equitable access to Federal Aviation Administration curricula, Advanced Placement, College Now, and high-level science and math courses. In our nurturing learning environment where all teachers know their students well, through access to rigorous inclusive curricula and ongoing social-emotional support, students will demonstrate their ability to do analytical and critical thinking as well as communicate effectively.

At Aviation High School students succeed when provided with a warm and supportive environment in which they receive an industry-aligned aviation maintenance technician program and high quality and rigorous academic courses that prepare them to meet the educational challenges of the 21st century and careers in the aerospace industry.
