Avports has announced that Lisa Kizina is its new Vice President, Human Resources. Lisa brings over a decade of transformative HR management experience across the aviation, commercial real estate investment and development, and technology space. She is passionate about building people-first strategies that empower teams, drive engagement, and foster inclusive, high-performing cultures.
Most recently, Lisa served as VP, People – Corporate at SSP America, where she advanced operational excellence and developed inclusive and emerging leadership capabilities across the organization. Previous leadership roles at Allbridge and National Real Estate Advisors further underscore her expertise in talent management, labor and employment, total rewards, and organizational transformation.
