Delta Sky Club will take another bite at the Big Apple with the opening of its second lounge at its New York-JFK hub, located at Terminal 4 near Gate A7. The nearly 14,000-square-foot Club, which seats more than 250 guests and includes a covered Sky Deck, will operate alongside the Club on Terminal 4, Concourse B. JetBlue announced the appointment of Susan Pfingstler to vice president of JetBlue University. Pfingstler will oversee the carrier’s award-winning training programs and facilities in this role. She succeeds Jacqueline Casini, who left the company at the end of May. As part of the $125 million commercial redevelopment for Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), JFK T8 Partners, the Unbail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports-led team, is looking to partner with local, minority-owned businesses for construction and concessions opportunities. American Airlines Cargo announced that it had joined United for Wildlife, a group dedicated to ending the illegal trafficking of wildlife, as first reported in the airline’s 2022 Sustainability Report.
