Fraport New York and JetBlue welcomed the summer season in style with a terminal-wide employee engagement event that united the entire JFK T5 community and celebrated the spirit of teamwork.
Approximately 2,300 employees across Terminal 5 were invited to join the festivities, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and excitement.
Guests were treated to authentic Caribbean cuisine, catered by Mark Hot Spot Catering, alongside a “Taste of T5” experience featuring samples from Terminal 5’s newest and most beloved dining concepts. Highlights included baklava from The Halal Guys, delectable baked goods from Eataly, savory Shake Shack sliders, and more.
The event buzzed with energy as employees participated in interactive games and activities such as tug-of-war, double Dutch, Twister, and limbo. A live DJ set the tone with upbeat music, while beach-inspired décor—complete with palm trees—transformed the venue into a summer oasis.
