With over two decades of experience spearheading local hiring initiatives and driving operational excellence, Andrew has dedicated his career to building sustainable career pathways for underserved communities and managing large-scale, mega-transportation employment projects—including transformative initiatives for LaGuardia Airport. Prior to his current role, Andrew held senior leadership positions at the Grace Institute and Grant Associates, where he refined his expertise in stakeholder engagement, data-driven management, and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University.
