SWISS Adds New COO to Its Management Board and Appoints New CFO

With effect from May 1, 2024, the presently three-member top management body will be expanded with the addition of a Chief Operating Officer. The enlargement is intended to give greater weight to the company’s core activity. Oliver Buchhofer, who is presently Head of Operations, has been appointed to the new COO position. Today, JetBlue announced that it has reached an agreement with Spirit Airlines to terminate their July 2022 merger agreement. New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) announced Equinor’s Empire Wind 1 project one of the conditional winners in its fourth offshore wind solicitation round. Etihad Cargo has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), a member of the SATS Group, for cargo handling services at 12 major international airports in Europe, Scandinavia, North America, India, and Asia Pacific.
