    Gill Mosseri Joins McKissack as Chief Operating Officer

    McKissack & McKissack is pleased to announce that Gill M.S. Mosseri has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Mosseri will oversee various functions, including finance, marketing, HR, and business line operations, ensuring the seamless and efficient running of McKissack’s day-to-day activities. He will also be responsible for steering the company towards achieving and surpassing its financial and strategic objectives.

    Mosseri brings more than 28 years of engineering and construction industry experience to McKissack. His distinguished career includes executive roles in business development, strategy, and operations management for top New York City and national firms. He has led teams of planning, design, and program/construction management professionals and is highly skilled in crafting and implementing strategic business plans that drive growth in the multi-million-dollar realm. His extensive expertise encompasses profit and loss, recruitment, project execution, quality control and fostering strong client relationships.

    “Gill’s deep knowledge and experience in New York, particularly in business development and operations, will be instrumental in helping McKissack continue delivering innovative project solutions, not only in the region but also as we expand across the United States,” said Cheryl McKissack Daniel, President & CEO of McKissack & McKissack.

    Throughout his career, Mosseri has served as Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager for numerous large-scale infrastructure and transportation programs and projects. His impressive portfolio includes the Reconstruction of the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway Triple-Cantilever section, Jamaica Bus Depot Reconstruction Project, Henry Hudson Bridge Toll Plaza Reconstruction Project, the Franklin D Roosevelt Drive to Brooklyn Bridge Ramp Project, Bruckner-Sheridan Expressways Interchange Environmental Impact Study (EIS), and the New York City Select Bus Service program.

    A registered Professional Traffic Operation Engineer and Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Michigan, Mosseri holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University. He also earned an MBA from New York University. He is an active member of various professional associations, including the New York Building Congress, American Council of Engineering Companies, Construction Management Association of America, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

    With Mosseri at the helm of its operations, McKissack is poised for continued success in delivering exceptional engineering solutions and expanding its reach in new markets.
