ISS A/S (ISS), a leading facilities management and employee experience company, has announced the appointment of Susan Wojciechowski as Chief Commercial Officer in North America. In this role, Susan will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s commercial strategy as it further strengthens its delivery of integrated facilities management services to key accounts. She also will be responsible for increasing the firm’s revenue and growth across all service types and industry segments.

“We’re very excited to have Susan leading our commercial strategy,” Susanne Jorgensen, ISS CEO, North America said. “Her industry experience will be extremely valuable to our teams as we build momentum in delivering high-value solutions to our clients and fulfill our purpose of connecting people and places to make the world work better.”

An accomplished executive, Susan brings to this role 25 years of experience within the facilities management and commercial real estate industries. She previously held global executive and senior management roles at CBRE, Newmark Knight Frank, WeWork, Johnson Controls (JCI) and most recently Blue Skyre. She was a core member of the JCI team that successfully divested its Global Workplace Solutions business for approximately $2 billion. She was also an integral member of the team that formulated the strategic partnership between Blue Skyre and Colliers.

“I am proud to join ISS—with its heritage, values, and reputation for positively impacting society—as we further cultivate the power of our global operating delivery model and maximize our unique industry and service line specializations,” Wojciehowski stated. “I look forward to working with our teams to develop innovative, world-class solutions that best serve the needs of our clients.”

The integrated facilities management service mix for ISS includes the provision of technical, food, workplace, support, security and cleaning services. The company provides these offerings across major industry segments, including technology, manufacturing, banking, life sciences, healthcare and aviation.

Susan holds degrees from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and LaSalle University.
