ISS A/S, a leading workplace experience and facility management company, announced the appointment of Steven Quick as the new CEO of North America, one of the company’s most important growth markets. Steven will join ISS on 1 July 2024.

Steven has held a wide range of executive leadership roles in the industry, including most recently as CEO of Unispace Group, a global leader in workplace strategy, design, and construction. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive of Global Occupier Services for Cushman & Wakefield. He has also held executive leadership positions for CBRE and Johnson Controls. Steven is Chair of the Board for Telkonet and has an MBA in Finance Management.

“Steven brings a unique and valuable combination of deep industry and leadership experience, customer insights, and an extensive network. In addition, his focus on people and the social sustainability agenda very much aligns with ours. I am confident he is the right candidate to lead our North American business and drive our growth ambitions in this very important market,” says Kasper Fangel, Group CEO of ISS.

“I have admired the innovation and industry-leading, people-centric culture of ISS for some time. Today, it is more essential than ever to bring these attributes to dramatically changed environments. I am delighted to be part of an organization that is positioned to positively impact so many lives,” says Steven.

Steven will take over the role from the interim CEO of ISS North America, Dan Ryan. Steven will report directly to Group CEO Kasper Fangel.
