LaGuardia Gateway Partners (LGP), the manager and developer of LaGuardia Airport’s new Terminal B, today announced the appointment of Suzette Noble to Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2023. Noble succeeds outgoing CEO Frank Scremin in the role. Noble, also an executive with Vantage Airport Group, has been among the leadership team at the helm of Terminal B since 2021, when she joined LaGuardia Gateway Partners as Chief Operating Officer.

Under Noble’s leadership, Terminal B has centered on delivering an exceptional experience for all stakeholders, maximizing commercial revenue, and implementing processes and metrics designed to uphold the terminal’s internationally recognized guest experience. One year after assuming the role of COO, Terminal B was awarded a perfect 5-star rating from airport rating firm Skytrax, also earning the title of “World’s Best New Airport Terminal.” With that distinction, Terminal B became the first Terminal in North America to be awarded the highest rating by Skytrax.

Noble is an experienced leader with over 20 years of experience developing and operating transformational guest experiences at major companies recognized for customer service excellence, including Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts, Krispy Kreme, and Great Wolf Lodge. She resides in Flushing, Queens, and Orlando, Florida.

“I am incredibly honored to become the new Chief Executive Officer of LaGuardia Gateway Partners and deeply committed to advancing our mission of delivering an exceptional experience for both our guests and our terminal partners”, said Suzette Noble. “I am inspired by our talented team at LGP each and every day, and together, we will continue to usher in a new era of success at LaGuardia Terminal B.”
