The beautiful country-like setting at the Brookville Country Club was an exceptional backdrop for the annual JFK Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing and Installation Dinner. With more than 120 golfers and many more spectators, this years event was a great success.
After the golfers returned from a competitive day out on the links, they were treated to a gorgeous seafood display and cocktail hour. The dinner was served up barbecue style paired with an endless salad and pasta bar. The club itself was beautiful, the staff was accommodating and the food was delicious.
Joe Clabby was honored for his 4 years of service as the President of the JFK Airport Chamber of Commerce. Appreciation for all he has done and his dedication to this organization was shown with a standing ovation as he was presented with a plaque honoring his contributions. The new President is Al DePhillips, COO of Airway and President of the Catholic Guild at Our Lady of the Skies Chapel located at Terminal 4 JFK Airport. We wish Al all the best as he leads the Chamber into a great year ahead.
