WINGS at JFK, an innovative organization dedicated to empowering women leaders and mentors, officially launches today with a bold mission: Women Inspiring Nex-Gen Stars. Through leadership, mentorship, and visibility, WINGS aims to amplify the voices of women who are shaping the future and inspiring the next generation to lead with confidence and purpose.
Founded on the belief that representation and mentorship drive lasting impact, WINGS at JFK brings together accomplished women across industries to support, guide, and elevate emerging leaders. The organization will deliver curated programming, community-building initiatives, and strategic partnerships designed to foster growth, opportunity, and inspiration.
“WINGS at JFK was created to celebrate women who lead by example,” said Elizabeth Schuette, CEO of the ARK at JFK and Board Chairperson of WINGS at JFK. “Due to the unique nature of the aviation industry, many women enter the workforce at JFK without the educational background or professional training that I experienced in the banking and finance industry. The WINGS mentorship program will help bridge that gap and provide networking and development opportunities for women at JFK.”
The debut of WINGS at JFK marks the beginning of a new platform for collaboration, inspiration, and impact. As the organization grows, it plans to expand programming and partnerships that align with its mission of empowering women to lead and inspire.
