Breeze Airways is now booking nonstop service between Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) and Tampa International Airport (TPA). Twice-weekly service begins January 6, 2027, and will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays using Airbus A220 aircraft. Introductory fares are currently available starting at $129 at FlyBreeze.com.

Town of Islip Supervisor Angie Carpenter said, “We’re delighted to see Breeze continue to expand its offerings at Islip’s MacArthur Airport. Long Island travelers are enjoying Breeze’s ‘Seriously Nice’ service, and our community remains committed to working with air carriers to provide more options for local residents and visitors looking to experience all that our region has to offer.”

With the addition of Tampa, Breeze will serve 10 nonstop destinations from ISP:

  • Charleston, SC
  • Fort Myers, FL
  • Myrtle Beach, SC
  • Norfolk, VA
  • Raleigh-Durham, NC
  • Richmond, VA
  • Sarasota, FL
  • Tampa, FL
  • Vero Beach, FL
  • Wilmington, NC

“Our customers are responding positively to Breeze’s expanding options at ISP. These two weekly nonstops, together with four weekly BreezeThru options, give Long Island travelers six convenient ways each week to reach Tampa Bay. We thank Breeze for its continued confidence in ISP and investment in the Long Island market,” said Long Island MacArthur Airport Commissioner Rob Schneider.

“New nonstop service strengthens Long Island’s connections to important markets and supports economic development by encouraging tourism, business travel and job growth. Breeze’s continued expansion at MacArthur Airport is a positive investment in our region,” said Town of Islip Councilman John Lorenzo.
