Alminko Kojić is the Co-owner and Vice President of ASAK Solutions, a veteran and minority-owned Ground Handling company headquartered at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). Alminko has worked at JFK since 2010 before establishing ASAK in 2017. He graduated from Midwood High School in Brooklyn, NY, where he has resided since coming to the U.S. in 1997. Schneider National, Inc., a premier multimodal provider of transportation, intermodal, and logistics services, announced Darrell Campbell will join the company on September 30, 2023, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will be responsible for the company’s financial strategies, planning, and reporting – as well as all finance operations and investor relations. AIT Worldwide Logistics has hired Chelsea Lamar as vice president of global sustainability. SEKO Logistics announced the appointment of Maxime Bessiere as the new Chief Commercial Officer, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), effective immediately. JetBlue has expanded its presence to a third transatlantic destination with new, nonstop service between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) taking off today. Service from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Amsterdam will launch on September 20. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced the new Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport is now fully operational with the opening of the final five gates of the terminal alongside additional retail and dining outlets and the transfer of Delta Air Lines operations and Sky Club lounge from Terminal B.
