Kathryn Bliss has a strong background in Information Technology, Data Management, and Human Resources. Ms. Bliss has more than 22 years of professional management experience with Chase Bank, where she was a officer and manager. Her expertise focused on developing and analyzing data to assess the current and historical business environment and trends, regulatory requirements, and identify risks and errors. In addition, she managed a staff of Information Analysts as well as projects internal and external to the bank. Kathryn also is the owner and manager of Aqueous Solutions, a specialized maintenance services company. She graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Information Management.
The JFK Airport Rotary Club and the JFK Airport Chamber of Commerce came together with the Cradle of Aviation Museum to host a fabulous Networking Event geared towards those seeking to do business and do good in the JFK Airport Community. Nothing beats a Thursday night at a private event at the Cradle of Aviation Museum. The thoughtful historical aviation displays, all Long Island based kept everyone in awe of the space. The USO of Metropolitan New York held their 48th Woman of the Year event on September 26th at the iconic Plaza Hotel in NYC. Established in 1961, the USO Woman of the Year Luncheon recognizes the achievements and important work of female service members and business leaders, and it seeks to highlight the invaluable role that women play in support of our military. The beautiful country-like setting at the Brookville Country Club was an exceptional backdrop for the annual JFK Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing and Installation Dinner. With more than 120 golfers and many more spectators, this years event was a great success. After the golfers returned from a competitive day out on the links, they were treated to a gorgeous seafood display and cocktail hour.
