JetBlue Airways has re-announced a new start date for its new non-stop service to Georgetown, Guyana, which was originally planned to start on April 2, 2020. The airline will begin to offer service between JFK International Airport and Cheddi Jagan International Airport starting December 11, 2020. UPS pilots face Covid-19 challenge as several quarantined in foreign countries

More than 100 pilots have contracted COVID since the start of the pandemic and between 30 and 70 are in quarantine at any given time, Brian Gaudet, spokesman for the Independent Pilots Association said. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, in partnership with Westfield, kicked off an autumn celebration of food, culture and entertainment at the World Trade Center campus. Aptly named “Oculus Outdoors,” this event series features outdoor movie screenings, retail activations, a bike valet and family-friendly activities. During weekends in October, visitors can experience Oculus Outdoors on Oculus Plaza, a public plaza underneath the wings of the Oculus on Fulton Street between Church Street and Greenwich Street. New credential authentication devices are being installed at various airport checkpoints, enabling passengers to insert their ID directly into a card reader, eliminating the need for a TSA screening officer to touch the ID.
