Islip Town officials unveiled a new sign welcoming travelers to Long Island MacArthur Airport (KISP) in Ronkonkoma. Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter was joined by Long Island MacArthur Airport Commissioner, Shelley LaRose-Arken; Deputy Commissioner Robert Schneider; Town Councilman John Cochrane, Jr. and Commissioner, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs and DPW, Tom Owens. The new sign is located on Veterans Memorial Highway at the airport entrance. Also on hand were Foreign Trade Zone Executive Director, Brad Hemingway and airport staff.
