The Port Authority of New York/New Jersey (PANYNJ) has named Kevin O’Driscoll, C.M., as Deputy General Manager for LaGuardia Airport (LGA). In this position, he will be responsible for the management and strategic oversight of the airport, building strong partnerships with airport stakeholders and surrounding communities.

Mr. O’Driscoll has worked for the Port Authority for 17 years, holding increasing levels of responsibility. Most recently, he was Chief of Staff, Aviation Department. In that role, he led department operations and strategy, the procurement process, strategic communications, and airport policies and programs. Previously, he worked for Heyer, Gruel & Associates, community planning consultants in New Jersey.

“I am thrilled to join the team at LaGuardia Airport,” said Mr. O’Driscoll. “The airport’s significant transformation over the last few years, achieved through the tireless efforts of my colleagues, has elevated LGA into a world-class airport. I’m looking forward to working with the airport community to continue the momentum and deliver a world-class customer experience for the tens of millions of customers who travel through our airport annually.”

Mr. O’Driscoll graduated from The College of New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in Law & Justice. He went on to receive a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. He is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives.
