The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey has selected Inter-Con as the sole awardee of its mass-scale Uniformed Security Guard Services (USGS) Contract. Under the five-year USGS Contract, Inter-Con will be responsible for providing more than 1,000 security professionals at the John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), and LaGuardia International Airport (LGA), as well as at the iconic World Trade Center campus and Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) transit system.

Inter-Con’s President & CEO, Henry Hernandez, noted, “The Port Authority’s USGS Program is one of the most prestigious unarmed security programs in the country. Inter-Con’s experience providing premium security to similar, high-profile clients makes this a great fit all around. We look forward to serving the Port Authority, its employees, and the millions of visitors who use its facilities.” Founded by the Hernandez family in 1973, Inter-Con has distinguished itself as the go-to provider of high-quality security services for clients with complex and sophisticated operations.
