ESP Global Services has been awarded the terminal technical support services (TTSS) contract to support the Information Technology & Digital systems and applications for JFKIAT, the operator of Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
This collaboration is focused on providing a unified dashboard view into all JFKIAT’s IT service management functions and will provide a 24/7 IT service desk, IT operations, and maintenance support services across Terminal 4. The partnership will support JFKIAT’s future strategic development and expansion plans.
Andy Jenner, ESP’s CEO commented, “With a pedigree in aviation IT support and a growing presence in North America, ESP is delighted to have been chosen to deliver our industry-leading support services to JFKIAT and their stakeholders. We are excited to be playing a part in assisting JFKIAT in delivering their strategic vision for Terminal 4 and we look forward to a long partnership with them.”
“We were looking for an aviation technology partner who could provide the agility and flexibility to manage our day-to-day IT support operations well, and also partner with us to transform and innovate together with JFKIAT,” said Steve Tukavkin, Vice President of IT & Digital at JFKIAT. “The new three-year outsourcing arrangement with ESP will allow us to work together to deliver a first-class customer service to our airlines and end-users whilst also driving operational efficiencies across our broad IT and digital technology environment.”
