Congratulations to Amanda Rogers, Senior Engineer of Construction and Cathleen Mahoney, Program Director who were recently recognized as Professional Women in Construction, New York’s 20 Under 40 Outstanding Women in Construction.
With a career that spans over 17 years, Cathleen is the Program Director with Engineering Program Management. Her team manages projects across all line departments and works with various agency stakeholders to ensure projects are properly positioned for effective delivery in the agency’s $32.2 billion ten-year Capital Plan.
Amanda is the Senior Engineer of Construction for the George Washington Bridge & Bus Station. Amanda oversees all construction programs and initiatives at these facilities including the $2 billion dollar Restore the George Program. This program will rehabilitate and replace many critical aspects of the George Washington Bridge, inclusive of replacing the suspender ropes, the PIP Helix and the rehabilitation of the 178th & 179th Streets.
